• As for customer support, I handle inquiries, issues, concerns, clarifications, processing refunds and updates.
• As for product support, I manage to support streaming devices and different brands of routers.
  
• As for technical support, I identified, investigated, and resolved user's problems with computer software, hardware, and connections.

Email marketing Specialist

• As an email marketing specialist, my task is to send emails to all our prospective musicians from the data I collected during my research with our Music and Filming Company offering our Music filming packages covering Los Angeles, San Francisco, and London.
• I am also responsible for sending emails in bulk, and by scheduling for sequence emails I prepared for follow-ups.
• In line with the same task, I am sending email marketing to our email list featuring the most comprehensive listing of kids' camps, classes, and activities within Houston.
